Vegan Chia Seed Pudding
I love how versatile
chia seed pudding is – you can make this with any flavor combo but I’m going for
Christmas colors today with raspberries and kiwi.
- 1 cup of vanilla rice milk (or any milk of choice)
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- Toppings/flavors - fruits, nut butters, cacao powder, cinnamon, coconut, maple syrup, etc
Mix milk with chia
seeds; refrigerate at least 1 hour (I made mine the night before); add toppings
Makes 2 servings
