Banana Rum Cupcakes – No Recipe Needed

 

 

GF cupcakes from a box again, because I never make them from scratch!  The box mixes are so good and a great shortcut when there are many other dishes to prepare for the holidays. 

 

Box of GF yellow cake mix (I used King Arthur)

Ingredients needed for cake – 4 eggs, 1 stick of butter, 2 tablespoons of oil

2/3 cup of milk – I substituted with banana rum

Can of organic frosting (I used Simple Mills brand)

Strawberries for topping
