Vegan AIP Spaghetti – GF & Low FODMAP
I’m trying out the Decoded sauces and starting with the pasta sauce. Their products are gluten free, low FODMAP, vegan, AIP & paleo. I have to admit this sauce has a nice Italian flavor; you don’t really miss the tomatoes. I think these will be a great convenience food for our nightshade free daughter! This meal is on the table in 15.
Spaghetti style
quinoa noodles
Jar of Decoded Pizza
& Pasta Sauce
Fresh herbs – parsley
and basil for topping
Add noodles to
boiling water and cook according to package instructions (about 12 minutes)
Heat sauce and add
to cooked noodles, top with fresh herbs.
