Strawberry Walnut Flatbread Pizza - GF & Low FODMAP
It’s Flatbread Friday!!!! This is more of a dessert than a meal and also makes a great sweet appetizer that comes together in 15 minutes.
1 package of
Kinnikinnick flatbread (this has 2 servings in it)
Chopped fresh
strawberries
Chopped walnuts
Honey fig goat
cheese (found this at the grocery store in specialty cheese section)
Honey
Bake flatbread according
to package instructions, let cool slightly, cover with goat cheese, top with strawberries
and walnuts, drizzle with honey.
