Apple Flour Muffin Mix –

We love the grain free flour choices that Hearthy Foods has!  They even have some muffin mixes – this is the apple one and you just need to add eggs and oil.  

These are incredibly sweet for not having any added sugar.  They even come with spinach, broccoli and kale flour that you can add to the muffins for extra nutrition.  I will definitely make these again!
