Low FODMAP Fruit Salad

Many fruits and vegetables contain FODMAPS and have to be limited or avoided.

Here is a collection of some of my favorite low FODMAP fruits that can be eaten freely!

 


Pineapple (more than a cup) and kiwi (more than 3) have large serving sizes before FODMAPS are detected

Strawberries and oranges do not contain FODMAPS
