Bacon & Eggs Simple Breakfast

These are a few of my favorite things…bacon, eggs & cheese!  Sometimes the best meal is the simplest meal – I love a basic breakfast and this one is a quick, easy and filling meal. 

 


Arugula topped with:

  • Over-medium eggs cooked in olive oil and sea salt
  • Natural bacon
  • Ricotta Salata or favorite cheese

 

Served with mango kombucha
