Seafood Dill Salad Appetizer




I love dill and thankfully we have a lot of it growing in the herb garden.  We had some leftover mussels so I decided to make it into an appetizer.


  • Chop cooked seafood of choice – I used mussels but crab meat or lobster would also be delicious
  • Mix with mayonnaise until desired consistency
  • Stir in fresh dill and chives to taste
  • Top seafood salad mixture on GF bread of choice (this is Against the Grain brand of a baguette)
  • Garnish with dill sprigs
