Seafood Dill Salad Appetizer
I love dill and
thankfully we have a lot of it growing in the herb garden. We had some leftover mussels so I decided to make
it into an appetizer.
- Chop cooked seafood of choice – I used mussels but crab meat or lobster would also be delicious
- Mix with mayonnaise until desired consistency
- Stir in fresh dill and chives to taste
- Top seafood salad mixture on GF bread of choice (this is Against the Grain brand of a baguette)
- Garnish with dill sprigs
