Ada’s Grain Free Waffle “Cookies”

We love the grain free flour choices that Hearthy Foods has!  They even come with recipes and we love the sweet potato/apple flour waffles for breakfast and for grilled sandwiches.  When we use the mini waffle maker, our granddaughter thinks they are cookies.  She LOVES being in the kitchen so we made a batch when she was over and had a couple casualties but we all loved the end product!
