Grilled Cabbage Wedges
This isn't as much a recipe as it is a plug for cabbage. I love cabbage salads, coleslaw, corned beef & cabbage and especially this grilled cabbage. It is almost impossible to get Adam to eat cabbage but he loves it on the grill.
Grill wedges with olive oil and sea salt for about 20 minutes - keep your serving to 3/4 cup if sorbitol bothers you.
