Grilled BBQ Chicken and Peaches – GF and Low FODMAP




I love barbecued chicken legs and this a perfect summer meal with minimal cleanup – it all goes on the grill!


  • Put chicken on the grill over high heat
  • Brush on low FODMAP BBQ sauce
  • Turn after approximately 15 minutes and add sauce to the other side
  • Grill for approximately 15 more minutes or until cooked through
  • With 5 minutes remaining, add peach wedges tossed in olive oil and sea salt to grill
  • Remove chicken and peaches and garnish with fresh herbs – parsley, basil and chives
