Grandma Murphy's Simple Salad

I'm not sure anyone fills a house with laughter as much as the Murphy girls - we had an amazing weekend of food, wine and general shenanigans.  Jess and I pressed Grandma for her oil and vinegar salad method (as we usually do) and I did get some pointers from Grandma but no specific details.  Here is what I learned:

Ingredients -

Lettuce
Anything else you feel like using (seems like she usually uses tomatoes or cucumbers)
Olive oil (we have no idea how much)
Apple cider vinegar (we have no idea how much)
Celery salt (she said she does not use this but we caught it on camera although we have no idea how much)

Instructions -

Add lettuce to bowl
Add anything you feel like to the bowl (anything GF and low FODMAP of course)
Drizzle in olive oil
Toss several times with 2 forks
Drizzle in ACV
Toss several times with 2 forks
Add in celery salt
Toss several times with 2 forks
Taste test and add more of any of the above ingredients - I was told the ratio of oil to vinegar does not matter...just keep tossing with 2 forks!
