Mushroom and Onion Smothered Steak with Garlic Mashed – GF and Low FODMAP




This is a low FODMAP version of mushrooms and onions.  

I’m using just the top green portion of spring onions and sauteing them in garlic infused olive oil (certified low FODMAP) with some mushrooms.  I’m using baby bellas but if you are sensitive to mannitol you can use canned mushrooms or oyster mushrooms in place of the bellas.



I mashed the gold potatoes with equal parts butter and garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and a splash of chicken bone broth.
