Banana Pancakes

A couple weekends ago we made banana pancakes with Ada while her parents were in the hospital having her sister Stella.  These are made with green banana flour (according to package instructions 😊) and have a dark chocolaty color to them.  Ada calls them cookies and we let her think they are.  I really like these fruit and vegetable flours they have now – it’s a great alternative to the grains.
