Veggies & Ranch Dip Low FODMAP Style

I love ranch dressing and this one is low FODMAP!

 


Fill cups with low FODMAP veggies (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, green onions) and ranch style dressing:

12 ounces of mayonnaise

12 ounces of lactose free sour cream (I used Green Valley)

1 tablespoon of dried parsley

1 tablespoon of dried chives

1 tablespoon of dried dill

Splash of apple cider vinegar

Sea salt to taste

Optional – drizzle of garlic infused olive oil
