Flatbread Friday – Tomato Burrata!
I love the classic Caprese flavors!
1 package of
Kinnikinnick flatbread (this has 2 servings in it)
Chopped cherry tomatoes
marinated in garlic olive oil, sea salt and dried basil
Torn fresh burrata or
mozzarella
Fresh torn basil
leaves
Bake flatbread according
to package instructions, top with tomatoes, cheese, fresh basil and drizzle of olive
oil – balsamic vinegar is also a great addition!
