Chocolate Hazelnut Pudding

The flavor combo you can’t go wrong with for National Dessert Day!  This isn’t really a recipe, just using hazelnut milk with a box mix for pudding – quick and easy dessert with bit of protein and fiber from chia seeds.

 


Package of European Gourmet Bakery Organics chocolate pudding (I LOVE this brand)

1 ¾ cups of hazelnut milk (I use Elmhurst brand)

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

 

Make pudding according to package instructions and then add chia seeds, refrigerate at least 2 hours.

 

Makes 4 servings (about 2-3 servings in our house)
