Mixed Mashed Potatoes – GF and Low FODMAP
These are a family
favorite in our house and this version is stuffed with king crab meat.
- Boil 1-part sweet potato and 3 parts gold potatoes until soft
- Drain and mash with equal parts butter and garlic infused olive oil (certified low FODMAP if necessary), add sea salt to taste (I sometimes use a splash of bone broth to thin out)
Optional garnishes –
chives, green onion, parsley, seafood
