Blood Orange Season
I love blood orange
season! They look and taste great and
they go with everything! I’ve been using them in salads, baked goods, and even
to making dressings.
I added them right
into the banana pancake batter (these were delicious) and the tops of the mango
flour muffins (these I didn’t care for).
You can even replace milk in an icing recipe with some fresh squeezed juice
for a rich colorful topping to your cupcakes or muffins.
