Let’s Get Fresh – Grilled Chicken Salad



It seems we always have leftover chicken in the house and Adam rarely will eat anything with the word salad in it but tonight I’m adding chicken to some greens with his favorite honey mustard dressing.



Combine arugula, chopped radicchio, sliced grilled chicken and hard-boiled eggs and toss in honey mustard dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon of stone ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Sea salt to taste
