BBQ Chicken Nachos – GF & Low FODMAP




We are a college basketball watching household here and I’m having my friend over for the Badger game.  I plan to get my veggies from Bloody Mary’s today and we’re having bbq chicken nachos to go with



Place GF corn chips on a baking sheet and top with:
  • Cooked shredded chicken – on weekends I like to make a whole chicken in the crock pot so I have it for the week
  • Drizzle of low FODMAP barbecue sauce
  • Dried cilantro
  • Shredded cheese (I grated a grass-fed white cheddar)

Bake for about 5 minutes at 400 degrees or until cheese is melted
Serve with fresh cilantro
