Mocktail Monday – Captain’s NA Painkiller

These drinks are delicious – they taste like summer and winter collided in a glass with the citrus and the warm spices.  I’m making these with Seedlip’s Spice 94 in place of spiced rum.

 

• Shot of Seedlip Spice 94
• Shot of orange juice (fresh squeezed or bottled)
• Shot of pineapple juice
• Coconut cream (I use the can of organic heavy coconut cream with no added gums)
• Fresh oranges for garnish
• Cinnamon sticks for garnish
• Cinnamon for topping

 

Mix NA rum and juices over ice, top with coconut cream, sprinkle cinnamon on top, garnish with fresh orange slices and cinnamon sticks
