6 Veggie Breakfast
I love omelets and I’m
having this one over a side of bacon cauliflower hash for extra veggies!
Roast cauliflower in garlic infused olive (use certified low FODMAP brand if necessary) and sea salt at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes
Serve with chopped
bacon and fresh cut green onion (green top only) over a bed of arugula
Top with a veggie omelet – I’ve got broccoli, red bell pepper, microgreens and cheese in this one.
