Pumpkin Flour Donuts
Happy Thanksgiving!!! Here's a favorite pumpkin recipe of mine that's gluten free, dairy free and does not have any added sugar (unless you add frosting 😋 )
1/2 cup banana flour
from Hearthy Foods
1/2 cup kabocha
pumpkin flour from Hearthy Foods
1 1/2 teaspoon baking
soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of
cinnamon
Dash of ground
cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of
olive oil
1 cup walnut milk (I
use Elmhurst brand)
2 eggs
Blend ingredients and pour in greased donut pan, bake at 325 for about 12 minutes
Top with frosting and
sprinkles of Hearthy Foods pecan flour (I use Simple Mills vanilla frosting)
Note: pumpkin pie spice is also delicious in place of the cinnamon and cloves
