March Sadness with a Side of Corned Beef & Cabbage

This is usually one of my favorite weekends of the year:  our friends & family gathering for corned beef & cabbage to watch March Madness.  We didn’t want the brisket to go to waste – it’s been in the brine for a few days – so this morning I did my usual crock pot of the corned beef & cabbage and tonight we’ll make some deliveries to the neighbors while practicing our "social distancing".
