Caprese Style Chicken Spaghetti – Gluten Free, Low FODMAP
- Quinoa spaghetti noodles prepared according to package and tossed in garlic infused olive oil (use a certified low FODMAP brand if necessary)
- Halved cherry tomatoes tossed in garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and dried basil
- Strips of cooked chicken seasoned with dried basil and sea salt
- Mozzarella cheese (I used a fresh smoked mozzarella in this dish)
- Fresh basil for topping
- Balsamic vinegar for topping
Add all ingredients
to serving bowl and toss
