Caprese Style Chicken Spaghetti – Gluten Free, Low FODMAP



  • Quinoa spaghetti noodles prepared according to package and tossed in garlic infused olive oil (use a certified low FODMAP brand if necessary)
  • Halved cherry tomatoes tossed in garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and dried basil
  • Strips of cooked chicken seasoned with dried basil and sea salt
  • Mozzarella cheese (I used a fresh smoked mozzarella in this dish)
  • Fresh basil for topping
  • Balsamic vinegar for topping





Add all ingredients to serving bowl and toss
