Bone broth – gluten free, dairy free and low FODMAP
3 pounds of bones
3 whole carrots scrubbed well
3 celery stalks scrubbed well
1 bunch of green onion (green top only, do not use the white
portion)
Additional vegetables you have on hand
Additional vegetables you have on hand
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Water to cover
1 tablespoon of sea salt (optional)
Optional seasonings: rosemary, thyme, sage, chives, turmeric,
black pepper (I use 1 tablespoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of low FODMAP garlic
infused olive oil)
Slow cook 12 hours or pressure cook 2 hours, strain
