GF French Bread Pizza

I love this time of year and all the fresh ingredients it brings!!!  I’m loading up this GF baguette with all the flavors of summer.

 


Gluten free baguette brushed with olive oil (I used Schar brand)

Chopped fresh tomatoes with sea salt

Torn fresh burrata or mozzarella

Fresh torn basil leaves

Fresh chives

Balsamic glaze

 

Bake bread at 400 for about 5 minutes, take out and top with tomatoes, bake 2 more minutes, top with cheese, fresh herbs and drizzle of balsamic vinegar glaze.
