Spaghetti & Clams in Wine– GF & Low FODMAP

 

Spaghetti and clams is a favorite of mine!  What this version lacks in dairy, it makes up for in wine

 


  • GF Spaghetti style quinoa noodles
  • Littleneck clams
  • Garlic infused olive oil
  • White wine or broth
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh herbs – chives & parsley

 

Add noodles to heavily salted boiling water and cook according to package instructions (about 15 minutes)

Sauté clams in garlic infused olive oil and salt, add broth or wine, cover and steam until open (about 5 minutes)

Add pasta to clams, drizzle with additional garlic oil if necessary and top with herbs

Note: you could add parmesan cheese if not vegan or dairy free
