Low FODMAP Wedge Salad with Ranch

 


I’m not sure if I actually crave salads or just bacon and ranch dressing but either way this hits the spot!

 


  • Mix chopped cherry tomatoes with garlic infused olive oil, a pinch of dried oregano and crumbled bacon
  • Toast GF bread with garlic infused olive oil and salt (I use Schar brand french bread)
  • Cut iceberg into wedge or round slices, top with croutons, tomato/bacon mixture and ranch dressing:
    • Mayonnaise
    • Lactose free sour cream (I use Green Valley Organics)
    • Low FODMAP ranch seasoning (I use Smoke N Sanity)
