Strawberry Lavender French Toast
I’m not ready to give up summer and fresh lavender!
Lightly whisk a
couple eggs with a dash of vanilla
Dip GF bread (I used
Udi’s) in egg mixture, cook in a fry pan with a bit of butter, ghee or olive
oil
Top with strawberry
lavender sauce and maple syrup (optional)
Sauce:
Organic strawberries
(fresh or frozen can be microwaved) pureed with fresh lavender sprigs (a little
goes a long way) and lavender kombucha (or liquid of choice)
