Microgreen Breakfast Sandwich
I love a good weekend breakfast sandwich and it’s that time of year to find fresh microgreens at the farmer’s market & grocery store so I’m telling myself this is one healthy sandwich – it’s all about balancing out the bacon and cheese with some nutrients!
Fun fact: microgreens
are young plants that contain higher concentrations of nutrients than their “older/more
mature” versions.
GF toasted bagel (I
used Udi’s brand)
Fried egg
Fried bacon
Cheddar cheese
Microgreens (I used
arugula)
