Grain Free Herbed Flatbread
Enjoying National Grain Free Day with an herby grain free flatbread!
I love bread and
cheese and this recipe whips up in a few minutes and bakes for 10 – makes a
perfect quick snack or appetizer.
1 cup cassava flour
(I use Hearthy Foods brand)
¾ cup walnut milk (any
milk will do – I use Elmhurst brand)
3 tablespoons of olive
oil
1 tablespoon of garlic
infused olive oil
1 egg
Dash of salt
Herbs and toppings
of choice – I baked with dried rosemary, topped with green onions & grated
parmesan and then served with Prego sensitive recipe sauce.
Combine ingredients,
adjust flour/milk ratio if necessary – it should be spreadable not pourable
(see below), bake 10 minutes on parchment paper lined sheet at 450 (I preheat
my baking sheet)
