Cassava Waffles
This was my early Valentine’s breakfast that Adam made me! These are GF, grain free and low FODMAP.
2 cups cassava flour
from Hearthy Foods
1 tablespoon of sugar
(optional)
4 teaspoons of
baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 cups walnut milk
(I use Elmhurst brand) or regular milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup of olive oil
Heat waffle iron,
whisk dry ingredients, whisk wet ingredients, mix wet into dry, pour into
waffle iron, serve with fruit or maple syrup
