P B & J Chia Seed Pudding Cups

I love peanut butter and jelly but you can make this with any flavor combo. 

 


  • 3 cups of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ¾ cup of chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of collagen powder (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
  • Natural peanut butter
  • Fruit spread or jam

 

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl; refrigerate at least 1 hour; layer in mason jars with peanut butter and jam
