P B & J Chia Seed Pudding Cups
I love peanut butter and jelly but you can make this with any flavor combo.
- 3 cups of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ¾ cup of chia seeds
- 2 scoops of collagen powder (about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
- Natural peanut butter
- Fruit spread or jam
Mix first 5 ingredients
in a bowl; refrigerate at least 1 hour; layer in mason jars with peanut butter
and jam
