Honey Fig Pizza with Arugula and Prosciutto

I am obsessed with this pizza!  It’s sweet, salty and little bit tangy.

 


  • ·        Gluten free crust (I used Against the Grain brand)
  • ·        Olive oil
  • ·        Shredded cheese blend (I used white cheddar, provolone, and mozzarella)
  • ·        Prosciutto
  • ·        Arugula
  • ·        Honey fig goat cheese
  • ·        Balsamic vinegar
  • ·        Honey

Brush crust with olive oil, top with shredded cheese and prosciutto; bake according to package instructions; add arugula and goat cheese, drizzle with honey and balsamic.
