Everything Burgers – GF and Low FODMAP

This is not much of a recipe but sometimes it’s hard to find a good GF burger with low FODMAP toppings.    This one is a grilled prime rib burger on a GF bun with:

 




  • Low FODMAP BBQ sauce
  • Fresh tomato with sea salt
  • Avocado with sea salt
  • Pickles
  • Farmers cheese
  • Arugula would have been good also

 

Served with organic tots!
