Cottage Cheese Pasta Salad– Gluten Free, Low FODMAP

I'm enjoying the diminishing summer tomatoes and fresh basil with this pasta dish!

 


  • Quinoa noodles boiled in salted water according to package
  • Lactose free cottage cheese
  • Fresh salted tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Add noodles, cottage cheese and tomatoes to serving bowl and toss, top with basil, balsamic and salt/pepper
