Cottage Cheese Pasta Salad– Gluten Free, Low FODMAP
I'm enjoying the diminishing summer tomatoes and fresh basil with this pasta dish!
- Quinoa noodles boiled in salted water according to package
- Lactose free cottage cheese
- Fresh salted tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add noodles, cottage
cheese and tomatoes to serving bowl and toss, top with basil, balsamic and salt/pepper
