Avocado Egg Salad

No recipe here just a simple healthy breakfast that pulls together in minutes!

 


  • GF toast (I used Canyon Bakehouse)
  • Avocado
  • Medium or hard-boiled eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mimosa (optional but not really 😉)

 

Boil eggs about 5 to 6 minutes, mash ½ avocado with 2 eggs, salt/pepper to taste, serve on toast with fruit
