Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding Cups
Breakfast or dessert….
- 1 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tblspn collagen powder (I use Hearthy Foods)
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Maple syrup to taste (if using unsweetened milk)
- Organic raspberry fruit spread
- Fresh organic raspberries
Mix milk with chia
seeds, collagen powder, vanilla and touch of maple syrup; refrigerate at least 1
hour (add additional liquid if necessary or additional syrup for flavor); layer
with fruit spread and fresh raspberries
Makes 2 servings
