Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding Cups

Breakfast or dessert….

 


  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tblspn collagen powder (I use Hearthy Foods)
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Maple syrup to taste (if using unsweetened milk)
  • Organic raspberry fruit spread
  • Fresh organic raspberries

 

Mix milk with chia seeds, collagen powder, vanilla and touch of maple syrup; refrigerate at least 1 hour (add additional liquid if necessary or additional syrup for flavor); layer with fruit spread and fresh raspberries

 

Makes 2 servings
