Bacon Corn Flake Crusted French Toast

This recipe was inspired by the Food Network’s crunchy orange french toast – this is a sweet and salty low FODMAP version!

 


  • GF bread
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • Rice milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Bacon – cooked and chopped
  • GF honey cornflakes – chopped

 

Lightly whisk eggs with rice milk, splash of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon

Mix chopped bacon and corn flakes together in a separate bowl

Dip bread in egg mixture, coat with crumb mixture and cook on buttered griddle

Serve with fruit, honey or maple syrup
