Pumpkin Gnocchi in Sage Butter with Walnuts - GF & Low FODMAP

I found a low FODMAP pumpkin gnocchi (you could make your own if you had time) - it pulls together in less than 20 and is a great "Meatless Monday Meal"

 


  • Simply Wize pumpkin gnocchi
  • Butter
  • Garlic infused olive oil
  • Fresh sage leaves
  • Walnuts for topping

 

Boil gnocchi in salted water until they float – about 2 minutes, add to fry pan with butter, garlic infused olive oil and fresh sage leaves and stir for about 2 minutes, serve with walnuts

 

Note:  omit butter to keep dairy free and vegan
