- Quinoa noodles boiled in heavily salted water and tossed in garlic infused olive oil (use a certified low FODMAP brand if necessary)
- Halved cherry tomatoes tossed in garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and dried basil & oregano
- Fresh Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for topping
- Balsamic vinegar for topping
Add all ingredients
to serving bowl and toss
