Easy Caprese Pasta – Gluten Free, Low FODMAP

 



  • Quinoa noodles boiled in heavily salted water and tossed in garlic infused olive oil (use a certified low FODMAP brand if necessary)
  • Halved cherry tomatoes tossed in garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and dried basil & oregano
  • Fresh Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for topping
  • Balsamic vinegar for topping

Add all ingredients to serving bowl and toss
